BEWARE OF ARBITRATION CLAUSES IN CONTRACTS

Posted by Yul D. Lorio | Nov 06, 2023

Often, companies slip an arbitration clause into lengthy documents, and they don't tell you that you are giving away your right to a judge or jury. In some instances, aggressive salespeople will run you through the process and push you to sign a document, and even represent the document to be something other than what it truly is. This circumstance is being argued and fought in litigation against D.R. Horton in Louisiana by our legal team.

If you are a homeowner and were the victim of aggressive sales tactics, rushing you to make a deposit and sign papers or sign on a laptop, and now your home suffers from mold, mildew, high humidity, poor ventilation or faulty HVAC systems, feel free to contact us.
